  • Why do FAQs matter?
FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • What is an FAQ section?
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • Do I have to buy the instrument my child is learning?
From My Camp My Instrument you'll need to have the instrument at home, as your child will be practicing some pieces at home.
  • If my child is late for class, can I extend/delay it?
This is impossible, as it would delay the next lesson. It is your responsibility to ensure that your child is punctual, if not early, for class.
  • Is it possible to enroll during the course of the year?
Parents can enroll their child all year long in the following type of music lessons: Baby Musicking, First Steps, the Bilingual Choir, and the private lessons. From November 1st, the invoicing of these lessons is pro-rata, meaning the number of remaining lessons until the end of the school year. The administration can send a personalized cost estimation upon request.
  • How many student concerts does L'Ecole Koenig hold each year?
Outside periods of confinement and health restrictions, L'Ecole Koenig organizes at least four major outdoor concerts during the year, plus in-house class or inter-class auditions.
  • Are the music lessons taught in English?
Our English-speaking music teachers can speak English to any English-speaking or bilingual child. Their role is not to teach English to French-speaking children.
  • I am new at L'Ecole Koenig Music School and would like to enroll two children aged 6 or more, do I have to schedule two 30 minutes meeting and pay the interview fee twice?
As much as we would like to make both interviews within one interview slot, our experience shows that in order to truly assess two students, suggest the most accurate music lessons as well as the most appropriate teachers, for each of them, and spend the right amount of time speaking with them and the parent(s), we need more than 30 minutes.
  • Are missed lessons made up?
We only commit to making up music lessons if they were canceled by the teacher.
  • Do you recommend learning to play the piano on a digital keyboard?
We strongly advise parents to invest in an upright piano via monthly rental, which is less expensive, from an early age. Learning on a digital keyboard leads to bad habits in terms of posture and touch, and the sound is not as extended as on a real piano.
